Coroner: Man jailed for burglary, forgery was strangled
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) The coroner's office released a cause of death Friday for a Lerdo Jail inmate who died in the fall.

Hernandez, of Delano, was being held as he awaited his Sept. 19 sentencing under a plea agreement to second-degree burglary and forgery.
Authorities haven't released information regarding a suspect or motive, but the coroner's office said Hernandez was strangled.
