Viral video of Rabobank Arena brawl: What should workers do?

{A href=""}BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) It was supposed to be a night highlighted by Wiz Khalifa's "Black & Yellow." Instead, it was a night low-lighted by black and blues.

A fight video from Saturday night's Cinco De Mayo Bomb Concert at Rabobank Arena has surfaced on social media websites. It's been shared more than 3,500 times and liked more than 8,000 times on Facebook.

The video shows two women getting into a fight, then two men joining the fight. At one point, one of the men appears to hit one of the women.

Rabobank Arena workers can be seen apparently watching the fight. Eyewitness News viewers were concerned the arena staffers weren't doing their jobs by not breaking up the brawl.

But, arena officials said the employees in the video are ushers, and it's not their responsibility to intervene when a fight escalates to that point.

Officials said there are police in the building to handle a situation like that.

Bakersfield police said two people were arrested in connection with the fight. Police spokeswoman Michaela Beard said 21-year-old Alicia Barrera began a verbal altercation with the other woman.

Beard said Barrera was arrested for fighting in public and public intoxication.

Carloz Rivera, 33, was also arrested for fighting in public and public intoxication.

Beard said both were booked in the Kern County Jail.
