Valley drought outlook looking up
FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) —
With the wet winter the state has gotten so far, most of California is out of drought.
The latest U.S. Drought Monitor map shows most of the Central Valley has no colored areas representing drought.
There is an area to the west, which shows in yellow, represented as "mostly dry" but not drought.
This map is just for right now and is expected to change once the weather starts to warm up.
