So what is the routine, sorry ladies’ it’s not shopping, but it can be just as fun. My favorite miracle cure is exercise, and all you need is 20 minutes a day, done at a moderate pace. If done vigorously the health benefits increase.
One significant benefit of exercise is it releases chemicals in the brain that not only protect it but prevent degeneration of the brain as we age.
