BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) —
The BLVD is holding a charity event Wednesday ahead of the its grand opening this week.
All sales from that night will go to five nonprofits: Court Appointed Special Advocates, Kern County Cancer Fund, CSUB Roadrunner Scholarship Fund, Youth Connection and League of Dreams.
The dining and entertainment venue hopes to raise $30,000 for all five local causes.
Less than 100 tickets are still available for purchase. Go to blvdbakersfield.com/grandopening to get your ticket.
The venue officially opens to the public at 11 a.m. Thursday.
