KCSO: Foothill High School substitute teacher made inappropriate sexual remarks
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) —
A Foothill High School substitute teacher is accused of making inappropriate sexual remarks on at least two occasions in class.
The Kern County Sheriff's Office said Kwang Woo Chung was issued a misdemeanor citation Wednesday for a count of annoying a minor.
The Sheriff's Office said it began investigating the allegations in late March.
The Sheriff's Office didn't provide details on what was allegedly said by Chung.
