KCSO: Traffic stop leads to meth discovery in Wasco

Kern County deputies found more than 100 grams of methamphetamine after a traffic stop in Wasco.

Fernando Enriquez, 32, and Cuberto Cabezas, 24, were both arrested after deputies pulled them over near the intersection of Filiburn Avenue and Poplar Avenue.

The traffic stop was initially for a vehicle code violation, but deputies began a search after developing probable cause.

Within the car was 103 grams of methamphetamine, according to the Sheriff's Office.
