Kern County Museum to celebrate 77th birthday
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) —
The Kern County Museum will be celebrating its 77th birthday this weekend.
The celebration will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 20, and is open to the public.
Activities include guided tours of Pioneer Village with the curator. There will also be a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly renovated Bandstand in Pioneer Village.
The cost of entry is the museum’s general admission pricing, which is $10 for adults and $5 for children.
