One of two suspects in a torture and burglary case was in Kern County court for arraignment Tuesday.

Franco Ochoa faces six felony counts.

He and his wife, Amalia Lopez, are accused of breaking into a woman's apartment in June, holding her hostage for several days, and harming her before setting her apartment on fire.
