DA: Man sentenced to 105 years to life in prison for Delano murder

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) -- A man was sentenced Tuesday for shooting and killing a man last year in Delano.

Kern County prosecutors said Robert Dominguez took a gun from his estranged wife, went to 37-year-old Victor Palomo's trailer, called him outside and then shot him. Dominguez also threatened Palomo's girlfriend, prosecutors said.

Dominguez was found guilty of five charges, including first-degree murder.

He was sentenced to 105 years to life in prison, according to the District Attorney's office.
