Power outage in Wasco affecting homes, school
UPDATE: PG&E's outage map shows 25 customers are without power as of 10:20 a.m., with an estimated time of restoration of 4 p.m.

WASCO, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) - A crash involving a power pole has knocked out electricity to more than 1,000 customers in Wasco, according to Pacific Gas and Electric.
The Kern County Superintendent of Schools has placed Teresa Burke Elementary School on a two-hour delay.
PG&E is estimating power to be back on around 9:15 a.m.
