KSCO makes arrest in shooting, sparked allegedly by fight over drone
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) —
Kern County deputies arrested a man Friday following a shooting in Lake Isabella.
Deputies found a 52-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds around 7 p.m. on Scovern and Steensen streets. The man was taken to the hospital and stablized.
A short time later, deputies found a suspect in a nearby front yard.
Deputies arrested 33-year-old Alfred Neith. While searching the scene, deputies seized a handgun.
Deputies believe the shooting happened after Neith had an argument with the other man over Neith's use of a drone in the area.
