The Fresno County Sheriff's Department has released a video of an armed robbery at the Dollar General Store on Henderson Road in Caruthers.

The crime happened around 9:45 p.m. on Thursday, May 18th.

There were no customers inside the store at the time but two employees were getting ready to close for the night.

Both suspects were dressed in jeans, hooded sweatshirts and had masks covering their faces.

One of the men pointed a rifle at the workers while the other went behind the counter and demanded cash from the safe and register.

The men ran from the store with the bag of cash.

There were no injuries.

The suspects are both described as Hispanic men in their early 20s with a thin build. One man is about 5'6" and the other is about 5' 8" tall.

This is the second armed robbery at this store in the last two months.
