WASHINGTON (CIRCA) - According to Dr. Ben Carson's business manager Armstrong Williams, the former Republican presidential candidate will not serve in President-elect Donald Trump's administration.

Williams told Circa, "The president-elect offered him anything he wanted to do. But in the end, he didn't want anything." Williams added, "His background didn't prepare him to run a federal agency."

Carson in Facebook post however refuted the claim his decision was based on the complexity of the position.
