The 2004 Central California Aztecs are fresh off of winning the State Cup for the Cal South League.

Troy Lynch, who is the head coach, said the boys competed against 122 teams and came out on top.

According to Youth Soccer Rankings, the Aztecs are ranked No. 1 for Southern California and No. 12 nationally.

The boys are gearing up to head to Salt Lake City in June to represent the CalSouth League and compete in the regionals. Lynch said getting there isn't so easy for all the boys, as it will be financially difficult for some families.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to raise funds so all of the team will be able to go and compete.
