Summer Performing Arts Camp returns to Bakersfield
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Garden Pathways is gearing up to host its 2016 Summer Performing Arts Camps with community arts leaders, Amy Adams, Mendy Leyendecker and Andrea Hansen.
Five camp sessions for youth ages 12-18 will be offered starting in July.
THEATRE: July 18-22 and July 25-29, 9 a.m. to noon
DANCE: July 22-24, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
SINGING: Aug. 1-5 and Aug. 8-12, 9 a.m. to noon
Auditions for singing and theatre camps will be held on Friday, June 24, at 5:30 p.m. at Amy Adams Voice Studio, 2611 F St.
Singers and actors should have two songs a capella and/or a monologue of their choice prepared.
Dance requires a minimum of three years dance experience for enrollments.
