Adventist Health Bakersfield workers send thoughts, prayers to Vegas

Workers from Adventist Health Bakersfield are sending thoughts, prayers and a banner to fellow health care workers in Las Vegas.

Following the shooting that claimed the lives of around 60 people and injured hundreds more, the Bakersfield medical professionals signed a banner with messages of thanks and hope to those in need.

For them, the tragedy was personal. Officials at the event say they immediately notified other hospitals to let them know how many victims they could help.
