BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The man shot and killed at a southwest Bakersfield illegal car rally Saturday night has been identified.

At around 10:57 p.m., 19-year-old Jonny Cruz was shot and later died at the hospital, according to the Kern County Coroner's Office.

The Bakersfield Police Department is looking for a Hispanic man and a Black man as suspects. No further information is available at this time.

Another man was injured with a minor shot gun wound but was later released from the hospital.
