Bakersfield police announce $10K reward in Hosking Avenue murder case

Police announced a $10,000 reward Thursday for help in solving the murder of 26-year-old Marcos Abraham Vargas, who was found on the ground and suffering from "major injuries" Nov. 29 at an apartment complex on Hosking Avenue.

Police said an anonymous donor earmarked this money for this case. Police are seeking information that can help them identify and arrest a suspect.
