Bakersfield, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield City School District presented the third annual Mariachi and Folklorico festival on Saturday, April 29, 2023.

Doors opened just before noon and went until 3 p.m. at Cato Middle School.

Students and professional musicians and dancers came together to perform for the community.

Performances included special guests, "Mariachi San Marcos" and "Ballet Huaztecalli."
