Center opening this month to serve victims of domestic violence
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) —
The Kern County Family Justice Center is set to open Jan. 17.
The center is designed as a hub of services for victims of domestic violence.
The center at 2101 Oak St. will house the Alliance Against Family Violence and Sexual Assault, Greater Bakersfield Legal Assistance, Kern County District Attorney's Office, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, Kern County Department of Human Services, and Child Support Services.
