California State University Bakersfield has officially launched its new mobile app aimed at helping students with convenient access to campus resources.

“Mobile devices are the primary tool that our students use day in and day out for communication and access to information,” said CSUB Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer Faust Gorham via a press release. “Being able to provide services, applications and information to students on their preferred devices increases the usefulness of our services and ultimately the success of our students.”

The new app will offer students things such as information about the campus, view class schedules, view the campus map, register for classes, view holds, add and drop classes, and check their financial status.

The CSUB mobile app is available for free in the iTunes and Google Play stores.
