BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX — Fire erupted Monday morning at a vacant house on Maitland Drive.

Bakersfield firefighters arrived to the scene, where they found fire showing through the roof.

Arson investigators determined the cause of the fire to be electrical.
