Internet cafe shooting suspects arraigned in court

Two men suspected of shooting a man at an internet gaming business in south Bakersfield earlier this month were arraigned in court Tuesday.

Both 34-year-old Fernando Rojas and 21-year-old Victor Nunez are accused of shooting 26-year-old Brandon Ellington on Feb. 3 on South Union Avenue and Fairfax Road.

The two are facing murder charges, and Nunez is facing additional charges of carrying a loaded firearm and violating his probation.
