KCSO: Man arrested for vandalizing dozens of cars with screwdriver

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly taking a screwdriver to dozens of cars around Garces Memorial High School.

The Kern County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday that 37-year-old Joey Head was caught on Panorama Drive.

The Sheriff's Office found 29 cars had been vandalized and estimated damages at around $15,000.

Head also allegedly threatened a couple of people with the screwdriver during the vandalism.
