Trailer stolen from active duty Marine, KCSO looking for suspects

The Kern County Sheriff's Office is looking for three suspects wanted in connection with stealing a box trailer from an active duty U.S. Marine.

The trailer was taken Friday from the 8900 block of Spectrum Park Way, near Merle Haggard Drive and Highway 65. Inside the trailer were credit cards, uniforms, medals, guns, and a U.S. flag belonging to a fallen Marine.

The three suspects used the credit cards to make purchases at the Walmart, Target and Ross Dress for Less on Rosedale Highway, according to the KCSO.

The suspects' vehicle has been described as a late 1990s GMC Yukon or Denali.
