A California City man allegedly led police on a high-speed chase Tuesday – for the second time in three months.

Police officers clocked a motorcycle driving on California City Boulevard at speeds of more than 150 mph.

CCPD officers pursued the motorcycle through town and toward Edwards Air Force Base, where the motorcycle became disabled.

Officers subdued driver Alex Horton, 22, who had been arrested in September after leading officers on a chase near Aspen Avenue. He had been released early from jail for “good behavior.”

Police say Horton now faces another round of felony charges for evading police.
