A caravan of motorcycle riders provided an escort to five young people headed off to basic training in various branches of the Armed Forces on Monday.

One of the four was Camila Bravo, who is heading to Chicago for basic training.

Bravo will be serving in the U.S. Navy, where she plans to work on an aircraft carrier working on planes and fighter jets.

She is the fourth generation of her family to serve. Her parents were also in the Navy. Her father’s uncle was a Marine in Vietnam. And her great-grandfather served in the Army in Japan in World War II.

“I really love how my parents tell the story of their adventure and I want to live that story, too,” she said.
