One injured in mobile home park fire in south Bakersfield

A woman was injured during a fire at a mobile home in south Bakersfield Monday.

Bakersfield fire crews found the mobile home engulfed in flames around 8:15 a.m. on the 3000 block of South Chester Avenue.

Fire crews were able to work quickly to stop the fire from spreading to a nearby commercial building.

Firefighters said a woman was hurt, but were unable to specify her injuries, or whether she would be taken to the hospital for further treatment.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
