RV destroyed by fire in northwest Bakersfield shopping center

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — An RV erupted in fire Monday night in the parking lot outside Target in the Northwest Promenade, off Rosedale Highway.
The Kern County Fire Department didn't say what caused the fire.
James Horner, the husband of the woman who drove the RV to the shopping center, said they recently bought the RV and hadn't had a chance to take it on a trip.
