Students gather with local leaders at annual business, ethics conference
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) —
More than 170 selected high school juniors attended the Business Leadership & Ethics Conference on Tuesday.
The conference, now in its 32nd year, provided students the opportunity to interact with businessmen and businesswomen from the Bakersfield community while exploring the leadership qualities and ethical practices they will need in their careers.
Participants collaborated with Rotarians and Kern High School District representatives in roundtable discussions of various scenarios involving characteristic and ethical practices.
