Suspect sought in Mojave stabbing

    BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Kern County deputies are on the hunt for a stabbing suspect.

    The Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded early Friday morning to a stabbing on Martin Avenue in Mojave. The victim, whose name was withheld, is expected to survive, the Sheriff’s Office said.

    The suspect was identified as David Harter.

    The Sheriff’s Office hasn’t said what they believe led to the stabbing.
