Suspect with blue-tinted beard sought in Oildale bank robbery

The Kern County Sheriff's Office is on the lookout for a man suspected of robbing an Oildale bank Friday morning.

Authorities consider the man armed and dangerous.

The suspect is shown in surveillance photos released by the Sheriff's Office. He's accused of robbing the Chase Bank on North Chester Avenue near West China Grade Loop.

He is described as a dark-complected white or Indian man with a full beard. Sheriff's officials say blue tint was added to his beard. The suspect is believed to be around 35 to 40 years old, standing about 6 feet tall with a medium build.
