Third deadly Wasco stabbing suspect appears in court

The third man accused of stabbing and killing a man in Wasco made his appearance in court on Wednesday.

Leonel Larios, 26, is accused of killing 45-year-old Roberto Villanueva Jr. during an early morning fight outside Wasco Pizza & Sports Bar on Highway 46 in May.

During that fight four others were injured, all four survived their injuries.

Two others were also arrested in the case. Joel Robles, 21, and Atanacio Larios, 24, both made their first appearance in court on Tuesday.

Larios entered a not guilty plea.
