Myles Boyns

I'm excited to be apart of the KBAK/KBFX Eyewitness News Team as your Sports Anchor/Reporter. I was born in Oakland and was raised in Northern California before I moved to Phoenix, Arizona where I went to high school.

I attended Portland State University in Portland, Oregon, where I got my Bachelor's degree in communications. Along the way, I worked as a columnist/reporter/photographer for the PSU Vanguard and landed an internship with KOIN 6 News.

After I graduated, I worked as a volunteer Sports Reporter for Lewis & Clark College. Months later, I landed my first on-air job at KGWN (Wyoming News Now) in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where I spent two years as a MMJ/Weekend Sports Anchor. I also got the chance to anchor multiple newscasts.

Whenever I'm away from the camera, I like to run, try out different restaurants, watch TV, and hang out with friends. My favorite sports teams are the Golden State Warriors and Philadelphia Eagles.
